The Energy & Environment Program works with state officials from the 19 ERC member jurisdictions to develop innovative energy and environmental policies dedicated to safeguarding the region's natural resources. The Energy & Environment Committee is composed of more than 100 state officials from all levels of government. The committee meets 2-3 times per year to exchange ideas for effective legislation and programs, and to foster a cooperative, non-partisan approach to forging regional strategies to address common energy and environmental concerns.
